Those were the two main ingredients the director Tony Scott used to simulate grain spraying out into the sky when a train is hit in a scene from his new film “Unstoppable.” Mr. Scott discusses some of the techniques he used to shoot the action sequence involving colliding trains, a helicopter and some harrowing stunt work.
